The student will:
- demonstrate correct use of software functions to produce properly
formatted letters, reports, essays, position papers, response
journals, poems, recipes and other communication texts.
- produce documents with appropriate:
- headings/subheadings
- references (footnotes, end-notes, bibliographies)
- headers/footers
- title page
- produce personal and business correspondence such as letter
to family and friends, customer complaint letter, letter of
application, letter to teacher, etc. which contain:
- letter parts (date, inside address, salutations, complimentary
closing, name/title, references)
- produce documents such as calendars, announcements, agendas,
programs and other types of display typing with tables (single/multiple
columns), headings, borders and ruler/tabs.
